Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Chicken is a highly popular dish not only in the Indian subcontinent but also across the UK and the US.
It’s rare to find an Indian or Pakistani restaurant without this staple on the menu. Over the past 20 years, I have sampled various versions of Tandoori Chicken, but truly authentic versions remain elusive even at some top restaurants in the DMV area and other major cities like Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles. The diluted renditions often fail to capture the essence of the real Tandoori Chicken, which, once experienced, sets a new standard.
Using Tandoori Masala, I prepare not only the classic Tandoori Chicken but also several other family favorites. For now, let’s focus on the Tandoori Masala and its versatility.
