Ingredients:

  • 2 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • ⅓ cup chicken pakora spice blend
  • Oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Clean, wash, and dry the chicken.
  2. Marinate with ginger and garlic paste.
  3. Coat chicken pieces with the chicken pakora spices and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Lightly spray the chicken tenders with water and fry in small batches for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Assemble delicious sandwiches with your choice of condiments.

Note: This recipe can be made with both Authentic Indian Spice blends and Expedition Spices chicken pakora. The starred ingredients are optional for extra spiciness and flavor.
