Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • ⅓ cup chicken pakora spice blend
  • Oil (for frying)

Directions

  1. Clean, wash, and dry the chicken tenders.
  2. Marinate the chicken with ginger and garlic paste.
  3. Coat the chicken pieces with the chicken pakora spice blend and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Lightly spray the chicken tenders with water and fry in small batches for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Assemble delicious sandwiches with your choice of condiments.

Note:
This recipe can be made with both Authentic Indian Spice Blends and Expedition Spices Chicken Pakora blend. The starred ingredients are optional for extra spiciness and flavor. Indian cooking is about intuition, not precision—so feel free to adjust the spices as needed.
