At Middle India Co., we are dedicated to the highest quality standards of our products. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on our items. If you experience any issues, please review the following options for assistance. 

Overview of the Refund Policy

As a food product, we are unable to accept returns once the item has left our facility. However, we value your satisfaction and are happy to assist you. If you encounter any issues with a product, we can offer a store credit, which you can apply toward future purchases.

Eligibility for Store Credit

Products that fulfill the following requirements will receive store credit:

  • Damaged Products: Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the item if it is broken or flawed. Depending on the circumstances, we will look into the matter and provide you with either an exchange or store credit.
  • Spices and Masalas: If there is a problem with the quality of products such as spice blends, or other items linked to masalas, store credit is available. Kindly contact us, and we will investigate the situation for you.

Product Damage and Refunds

After we verify the problem, the refund will be applied. 

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products or products that have been used are also non-returnable.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs related to returning merchandise are the customer’s responsibility. Please be aware that there is no reimbursement for delivery charges. The cost of return shipping may be subtracted if you qualify for store credit or a refund.

Exchanges

Please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the damaged or defective products. If you would rather, we can offer store credit or a free product exchange.
